Frequently Asked Questions
iPlane currently supports over 150 airports worldwide, with a focus on major international hubs. Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) is our primary airport with the most comprehensive coverage. We're continuously adding support for more airports.
Our flight data is sourced directly from airport systems and is updated every 2-5 minutes. While we strive for 99%+ accuracy, flight information can change rapidly. We always recommend verifying critical travel details with your airline or airport.
You can subscribe to any flight to receive push notifications for status changes, including gate changes, delays, and departures/arrivals. Simply tap on a flight and select "Subscribe to Updates." Notifications are sent in real-time when changes are detected.
The AI Assistant can answer questions about flight status, delays, aircraft information, airport operations, and historical analytics. Examples include: "What's the status of CX888?", "Why is BA027 delayed?", "What aircraft operates the SFO-HKG route?", and "When is the busiest time at Terminal 1?"
Yes! iPlane is designed with privacy in mind. We don't require account registration, don't collect your location data, and don't store your personal travel history. Flight subscriptions are linked to anonymous device identifiers and are automatically deleted 24 hours after departure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Premium subscribers get unlimited AI queries, extended historical analytics, unlimited flight notifications, multiple saved airports, ad-free experience, and more. Check the app for current pricing and features.
